No, A good photographer knows which lenses to use, how to pose you in ways that slim your face and neck, and methods to use in Photoshop to make changes if you so desire.
I have three types of sessions. Contact me so we can decide which one works best for you!
We leave that up to you, but typically a session lasts 1.5 hours. An hour for the session, and a half hour for narrowing down your selections.
Yes, hair and makeup can be included in your session at an additional charge that is paid directly to the stylist.
Solid colors that look good with your skin tones work best. Avoid stripes, patterns, or logos because they will distract the viewer from your face. Press everything you wear so that it is wrinkle-free. If you would like a casual headshot, bring a solid colored shirt and we will work that into your session.
Yes, we will discuss which characteristics to look for in a great headshot and point out the “keepers.”
Yes, after you have made your selections, we will look at a set of 5 photos that will highlight the different degrees of retouching I offer.
Yes, any headshots you purchase will be formatted for your social media platforms including, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, Google Meets and Zoom. There is no charge for additional platforms or shapes.
I will begin editing your headshots on the day of your session and deliver them to you within two days.
